to fully verified , ca , usa ,uk account u need bank account as well vccs can oly raise limits

bluesapphire offers an awesome service. My Paypal account is from malaysia, it went into limited access mode due to some issue(screw you paypal), but by adding the vcc provided by the girl, it worked like a charm and the limit was removed in a matter of few hours! I greatly recommend her services to anyone looking for a vcc! Thanks again.

I live in Argentina, I have a paypal account but need an USA one ( here, since almost 6 month ago money can not be send between Argentinian paypal users ) . Problem is, the vcc came with and address ? and if not, can you sell me one too :)

argentine users stll cant transfer btwn same country account holder :) u can get eurpion account its better
