Service for iTunes downloads

Hey guys, i'm looking for a service to buy songs multiple times in iTunes, i know this is a bit difficult but never the less possible.

The idea is pushing the song in the itunes toplist with some sells. (Not my idea)
For the first deal (there are more to come) we need to buy a song 900-1100 times. Possible from US, but better EU.
