Not sure about the G+ question....youd have to test it out.....and no to the same IP address....that wont work for any email accts...let alone Gmail....

Which country's IP are used to create yahoo email accounts? will the accounts work without any problem if they are logged in from some other country's IP or do they ask for verification? What is the timeframe for getting the accounts after the order is placed on your website?

US IP's....you will need proxies to use them as with any accounts...or they will be short lived....please see the faq page on our site....the link is on the bulk email accounts page I think...
