Question about BlogSpot

How do I create a blog with just one page with all the info about the download + download link and no other sub sections? I hardly know much about website designing which I'll pick up on soon when my IM journey get somewhere. I don't know how to describe the site any better than this without giving away the niche I'm doing on.

Side note: Is having a blog with just one page better than having a blog with mulitple pages? Which convert more?

just make only one post in your blog. I can't answer your side note, as i am not experienced at all with earning from blogger atm

Yes. All I want is a title, background image, and one post for info.

EDIT: I drew a quick pic of what i'm trying to describe. I hope this poorly drawn representation of it does better than me trying to describe it. I know I'm not suppose to post links but I don't monitize or gain anything through this link so I hope it is not seen as spam but something to help explain my problem I am facing. i think i understood what u meant so i draw it too as i cannot describe it as much as showing it to u. Blogger is in my native language but i have written down the parts u will need to disable. Hope this helps a bit

you mean creating landing page/a sales page? is that what you mean?

for a side note, content is really a king for SEO why not create pages that is unique in interesting...then provide backlinks to your sales page

Go to settings and add all your HTML in the description part.You can use the post area to add images and get the look you want them click HTML,copy then add it to the description box.It will make it look like a splash page.

There also a tutorial on how to remove the top bar also..Just search google.

Just do a google search of:
"remove blogger navbar"
"remove blogger subscribe to post"
etc etc until you have a nice clean page to work with.

After that you are going to have to mess around with CSS and HTML to get it the way you want it to look.

Hey pal, you could use some basic html here and there and paste it on blogger. Really no biggie
