egay restricted for listing with auctiva

dunno if anyone has experienced this. Im using a genuine egay account, verified by phone. added bank details. about 35 days old wiht 11 positive genuine feedback for genuine transactions. i list 3 items using auctiva, they pull 2 of them (this is not a vero issue) and stop me from messaging other members or adding/editing listings for 30/60 days. reason: unauthorised access to my account. this has got to be because i was listing with auctiva. im pissed tho because i validated my auctiva account with egay, and why remove 2 of 3 identical listings, morons... is there any logic to egays ways? i played it by the book and i still get this shit

happened to me aswell, 3 days in a row, even though after the 1st I got on live help with them. What they tell you is that a third party has accessed your account, ask you a couple of questions about the listings just to make sure they are yours.

Pain in the arse, like I said, happened to me 3 days in a row but got there in the end with them, just contact them on live help.

absoloute fucking arse wipes, they have now limited my gapal. i use that for my store (not on egay). i have people buying stuff and i there is no way im sending it because i know PP will just keep the money. Fucking thugs man, big online bullys.

Pay someone to photoshop you some documents. They are readily available. Gaypal is not a bank.

It's probably because of Auctiva. Earlier last week they were hacked and the site was spreading malware.

fuck them, fuck paypal. spent all day jumping through their hoops, send them all my info and they come back to me saying not good enough, we want more. Your faxed information wasnt good enough, we want high res scans and we want phone bills, and we want details of your suppliers. and we want...... and we want..... and we want.... wtf? i dont really care about my ebay account but im removing paypal from my store and closing it down until i can find a better payment method. ive signed up for nochex, i just hope my customers can get their money back from scampal.
