Which backlinks method should i use for my penalizes websites?

Some of my sites were penalized in last update,which backlinks method should i use right now,
kindly suggest me some very good ways of backlinking.

Firstly, if you can remove any of the poor backlinks, do so immediately. After, start building high quality Web 2.0 links as your Tier 1. Use unique readable content and modify each website. Build 5 to 10 of these websites daily.

for the main tier web 2.0s it is always best to be unique content, but and well spun does the job depending on the competitiion..

Buy some high home page links. if the site shows sign of recovery it means the site can recover you just need to build good links otherwise get a new domain and start over.

I agree with this method. First try some high PR links...if that doesn't help, than you'll want to 301 redirect your old sites to a new domain and start building high PR links to the new site.

My site was penalized and I tried to build Ghost Rank links to the site to no avail. However, even though it didn't work for me, I would try and salvage your site by getting high PR links first.

I guess get some links from .edu and .gov domains will be a good idea, however I'm not sure.

what about content updation meanwhile.
As someone suggested that for a while stop the link building and simply just update the content.

You need to check your site itself didn't have issues before trying anything above,it's almost a wate of time trying to recover penalised domains nowadays.
