I am promoting a Netherlands website.
It is on the first page on some low monthly search keywords.
Now I am about to build some backlinks.

I have a question: If I buy a package of 40.000 backlinks from Fiverr, am I placing the website out to a risk? Concerning deindexing and such stuff.
The gig has thousands of good feedback and I want to know if it's risky or not.

Also, when I have backlinks from other countries than the one that I target to be on the first page, will it count when it comes down to ranking in a certain country?

Thanks.

40.000 links from Fiverr = extremely risky

(Would you develop 40k links for U$ 4?)

40000 links from Fiverr is not risky - its called negative SEO.

What would be the good and positive amounts of backlinks to add over a week or so?

It's not the amount that you should seek, but rather the quality. One quality link that generates traffic worth more than 100K spammy links from fiverr

Your site is already doing good, Instead of going for 40k links from fiverr. Get links from good high Pr sites.

Dont put your site on risk buying those links, You will find many good services here that can help you in ranking.

It's definitely a risky move.
You can create thousands upon thousands of backlinks every hour, but what's important is the quality of those links.
It's better you have less quality links than a lot of crappy backlinks.

There are no set amounts of how much backlink is good for your site, just use your judgement. But for me, it's 100-200 links in every week for a site, but I make sure all of those links are good. Sometimes though, I have 100 links every 2-3 days, until now there is no problem, but I can't be very sure. The key to backlinking is not quantity, it's quality. Better get 10 .edu links then 10,000 of crappy links from nowhere.

No doubt it is 100% risk and you may end up getting penalized. Buy a Scrapebox or gscraper, search for relevant websites and create a list of sites on which you can comment on. Then start manually commenting on them but not all,,,,,,only those which are relevant and are of high quality. Create web2.0 properties.......Start using the social media especially the Google Plus because I have strong feelings that in the near future it will be the next big thing in ranking a website.

If you are pointing out those 40k links directly to your money site, there is a big risk and very much chances that your site lose all of its ranking.

You are definitely attracting suspicion with such a high amount. I wouldn't do it.

It's not recommended to depend your backlinks on the amount of links, you'd better buy a few real quality backlinks for the same price than thousands of ones which will ruin everything you've done so far

You can kiss your website goodbye after that gig.
