I think you enter the wrong URL.
You must enter URL of fun page. Not URL of main page of your FB account. Did you create fun page?

No. At first we tried to use Chrome. But found there are too many bugs. We now use a portable version of FF. It is already available in our software and configured. You do not need to do any manipulation of the browser.

I hope we fixed all the bugs and now updates do not need until the AMF will not change the format of its pages. In this case, we quickly release the new version.
