One question : in the order form, there's a field for urls and one for kws. I want to add homepage and a couple of inner pages but don't know how to add both urls/kws so you know what kwd goes with what url.

You will fill form like this:

In URL Column:
Url1: www.xyz.com
Kw: abc, def, ghe, ijk

Url2: www.xyz.com/abc
Kw: abc, def, ghe, ijk

Url3: www.xyz.com/abc/def
Kw: abc, def, ghe, ijk

& So & So for Keyword Section Write "See URL Column"
