Having multiple Youtube accounts or only one?

To grow an even larger fanbase even tho its the same guys who are already subscribed simple answer more videos and diverse they are the more subscribers so thats why they sometimes have a vlogging account and gamming.

You spread out your videos on multiple accounts, in case of YouTube banning your account(s). Would you rather lose your main account, on which you spent a lot of time building it up, with 50+ videos, or would you want to lose a few accounts with 1-2 videos on them, which you didn't spend much time on?

By professionals do you mean BlackHatWorld users, or people like Smosh? The BHW users get their money from advertising affiliate offers, and Smosh gets their money with YT partners.

I do one account per niche, so if I am promoting hack/cracks I put all my hacks/cracks videos on my hacks/cracks YT account. Then if I am promoting dog training, I load all my dog training videos on my dog training YT account. If you use original content, and know how to cover your trails masking ref links etc banning shouldn't really be a major concern at least IMO

Do you mean the big partners like RWJ etc. etc. or do you mean BlackHatters who are uploading videos strictly trying to promote something to make money? The big partners make several accounts to spread their videos out for each niche, so that all the videos are not compacted in one account. This way if there's someone uploads videos of video games, then wants to do some personal footage of something completely unrelated, they can have subscribers for the individual different accounts, since one who is interested in one of the accounts videos, may not be interested in the other. If you mean BlackHatters, it's clearly obvious why they create several accounts. You're breaking the ToS majority of the time uploading videos promoting products, affiliate links etc. and you don't want all your eggs in one basket. You want to spread things out so that if and when an account is banned, it's not one account that has all your videos and you still have others that you're making money with.

If you are 100% whitehat and creating videos in the same niche, go for just one account and channel. Like authority websites there are also authority channels. On the other hand, for any "shady" activites the risk to gets banned is higher and it is not a good idea to keep all those videos in one account.

if you have one YouTube account with all your videos on and it gets banned, you will have lost all your videos. So the best thing to do is spread your videos on multiple accounts.

It is recommended and best approach to have multiple accounts so that if one is banned due to any reason you can report it through other account. If you are not uploading any spamming videos and follow the rules and regulations of youtube then one account will be helpful. But best option is to have multiple accounts.
