How do you make sitemaps on pages like Blog and Wordpress?

I'm trying to make a few blogs but I don't know how to make a sitemap for these free blogs. I know if you buy hosting you can have plugins in Wordpress but I have looked everywhere and I don't know how to! If anyone could help out that would be great!

I'm sure you can create a sitemap with free sitemap services, just google them. Also, I think WordPress can auto-generate sitemap using SEO by Yoast plugin.

I know how to auto generate sitemaps but how do I upload it to sites like Blog and Wordpress? I need to make a sitemap page in order for me to add it on Google Webmaster Tools.

My favorite plugin for wordpress to do on-page SEO and for creating a dynamic sitemap that I can submit to google webmaster tools or any other search engine is (yoast wordpress seo plugin) which is free and a very useful all round plugin.
