That depends on your overall link profile. Google does not like to see 2/3 of your overall links coming from blog comments. So if you have 10,000 other links then don't order the 150K monster package. I do include links from high pr urls, edu and gov as well. So those are beneficial to you. This is one part of an overall link profile. But if used properly can help your rankings.

If you are still doing those 1k a day review copies I will gladly take one

It would work with Brazil, but I don't maintain a list of specifically urls from Brazils TLDs for instance. So you would get the same links as you would for any country. Which is beneficial, if your targeting general search. However if your trying to rank like a local business in Brazil, this honestly may not be your best option. Ive ranked local sites here in the US for businesses and I use this, but sparingly. Local is a bit more delicate then like an amazon affiliate site targeting watches or something.
