Apologies for not getting updated earlier as promised. Ordered #2185 on June 9, received report on June 12 - which was empty. Wrote back and received updated report on June 15 - which had the links.
There has been no movement in SERPS or traffic, links are not showing up in webmaster tools either. Emailed seller - let's see what they say.

OP is really slow in responding. Ordered 19th June, received report on 23rd June. On 25th I sent them email to change my keywords and they responded on 27th saying they will send the new report after changing. Still nothing received until today. What about result? No SERP movement. Links not showing in Google WMT. Let's see whether I should renew or not.
