BHW conference 2014 pre register

What are the details on speaking at this conference? Is there anyone I should submit my information to for review? Could I pay a fee?

I want to do something eBay related, not really black hat but a little grey. I want to show the benefits of working in high volume on eBay for low profit, and how to make a lot of money on the back end. If I could have about 25 minutes, I'm sure I could show how I could convert past customers into purchasing my digital product, and can generate at least $5,000 within that 25 minute time span I'm speaking.

Many people have organized unofficial BHW meet-ups (I think there was one in India recently).

This will be the first official event.

Getting a US Visa is not as hard as people are saying, but on the other hand side it's not as easy. You need to have funds, proof that you will return (if you have a business registered locally, that's good), house, apartment etc, something that they are sure of that you will come back.
If you don't plan to stay in the US Illegally , you won't face a lot of issues.
