So my account got closed without notice.
Any idea how to get around this account closure?
Do i need a new cc? and can't advertise the same website?

yes, u need a new cc / vcc and you can't advertise the previous website you had advertised.

i heard bing still ban if they found same address and name. i dunno exactly and i never had experiences in this case.

What reason did they give you when you called them? It doesn't make sense to create a new account if you don't know what the problem is yet.

so i was able to m make another account and not get it banned so far.
1. Cleared my cookies and internet history.
2. Made a new email using a new email service (google)
3. Made sure that the new email had a different name than my personal name.
4. When making the bing account i made sure to use the new email and the same bogus name i used on the new email.
5. Made sure not to add any previous website related to my older banned account.

I have not added a payment option yet, but trying to find an alternative instead of using a credit card. Do you guys think paypal will work?

Making the account is the easy part. After adding the payment option, that's when everyone gets banned. I've tried using a verified PayPal and different kinds of VCCs and still got banned.

I had a similar issue with Bing Ads. What I did was created everything new. New email, new name, new address, and put in my never before used paypal and new credit card info. I did it all in the public library computer... I figured with a new IP address, the risk of getting banned would be almost zero.

I think a good sign is to include more than 1 payment method (in my case; paypal + credit card)

So far so good. I got my first ad approved, and now I will email them about the $25 coupon they offer to new accounts with Bing Ads. Here is the blog I found the coupon at (not my affiliate link):

I recommend you get your ad(s) approved first, then visit the coupon link and apply.
