I also use firefox. I don't have any problems.

What kind of connection do you have?

You can also try chrome if you don't think firefox is working out for you.

And we've also hit the 1,000,000,000 URLs mark

Just remember that IndexKings helps get links crawled and indexed but in the end it's up to the search engines whether or not they want to index your links.
