Hey guys, I have got my fan pages deleted that contain more than 3m fans !!!!
The reason that 1 of my page was listed on pagehogs, which I got this message from pagehogs this morning :

If you haven't heard by now or were otherwise unaffected, about 12 hours ago Facebook unpublished all of the pages that were publicly listed on PageHogs.com. They did so with no proof that the pages were actually listed by the owners. We are encouraging anyone who was affected to appeal to Facebook and let them know that it could have been anybody who listed their page.

So watch out I say again.

I only found out about that page hogs site recently.seemed to be a bad idea publicly listing pages for sale in violation of tos. Was only a matter of time before it got slapped.

Avoid using pagehogs. even their private listing system is flawed. A facebook mod can look at it any time.

I never used pagehogs, but does is allow any user to list any page? without even having admin access to that page?

Didn't know about that site but seems a little silly to publicly advertise pages for sale.

Be more careful in the future and deal privately not publicly.

yeah, it seems very silly to list pages for sale on a public site

It is very easy to be caught by fb and those pages will obviously be affected...

I feel sorry for those pages that have been unpublished because of pagehogs. So it's a lesson for everybody not to publicly sell/advertise their fb pages.

Pagehogs down. Clearly it was just a matter of time.
I closed several deals selling facebook fanpages, but always talking 1on1 with the customer. I'd suggest you all to do the same, unless you want to lose your page and your deal.
