I was wondering if there are companies that buy leads such as: Name, Address, zip, email and Phone. And if so, what would this info be worth per lead?
Please forgive me if this seem like a naive question. I would like to be able to monetize this info.

'light bulb illuminates'. By fraud do you mean banned from network or police kick my door in? cause thats pretty tempting

If you can get some extra info on your leads, you can sell them to real estate agents, insurance agents, and similar guys.

Your location says you're in Florida. You don't know the reputation of that state in the direct marketing world? Walk outside your door and throw a rock. You'll probably hit 50 companies that buy leads, and the rock will bounce off of them and hit another 50. Price per lead varies. It can be $0.10 per lead or it can go way higher, as in $50 or $100+. Depends on what kind of lead your are selling, to whom, and a bunch of other things like age of the data, demographics, vertical, source, and method of generation used to acquire the leads.

I get up to good money per lead from a writer doing research on scams, for Name, country,phone,email of people that were scammed in a pump and dump.
He already wrote one book on the subject.
If anyone has these kind of leads, let me know.

Consider that localized remarketing campaign could be more effective and less expensive.
