im looking for a list with around 10k people - targeted , or non targeted idc.

Look around "hacking" forums - many lists are posted there, either harvested or from hacked forums database dumps.
They are spammed to hell and back tho, so don't expect high conversions.

Why don't you scrape email yourself for whatever niche your in!

you don't want to get your email custom to be marked has "spam"

If you must know , email list is like a pretty good source of income , if its spammed to death , may be you are just wasting your time!

only good way is start working yourself !

10k on a public scraped list will do nothing for you. at all. Quality not quantity is the aim with email these days. (unless your quantity is in the millions)

Scrape it yourself mate. But Private list conversion many times better than public spammed list.
