Reputation and the lounge

I do not believe posts in the blackhat lounge section should be able to be repped, both positive and negative. I really don't want to waste all my time posting a suggestion which will never be but yes, blackhat lounge threads should not be applicable towards reputation. It seems very weird simply because the purpose of the lounge is for off topic subjects and posts tend to be more...debated.

And no, rep is not directly correlated to income, but it certainly does help land clients and give you a precedence over other members when a prospect is considering many options. If you've been here long enough, you should know this.

It can increase your earnings but does not necessarily guarantee any high earnings.

By that I mean a person needing a big web design job will trust the person with more posts, more rep and more iTraders rather than the guy with -100 but just because the guy has -100 doesn't mean he's poor. He could still be a billionaire with those two red dots below his name.
