So I was very lucky today and managed to get a 159K Facebook page for free
I spent a few weeks trying to find forgotten facebook pages and found some. One particular page has 159K and the former owner (student aged about 18) completely forgot about it. He set it up back in 2k10 and it grew to 159K likes without even one single post He was very generous or naive (or both) and gave it to me for free.
However, I knew once I start to post some pictures likes will decrease. I think that's how it goes since many of the likers just forgot about it.
Now: What would guys suggest to revive this page and not lose a few hundred likes per post? Any ideas? Any ideas on how to handle pages with such a large number of fans and enhance the hype? It is not really set in a specific niche, it's just for fun (something like "I love the sun").
I am not willing to sell anything on it. I am planning to establish a new brand on Facebook and want to use these sites as some kind of advertising platform e.g. by sharing statuses of my brand page.

It needs some work but it is definately worth it (got a 159k for free, one 25k for 30$ and a 30K for 45$) eventhough it got harder as many of the owners become aware of the value of each page.
