On here it lists all the places (400) the PR will go, but on the order page it sounds like you have to upgrade for the additional $60 to get those services. I'd assume you don't have to do the upgrade to get the promised distribution on this thread and wanted to make sure.

6. if too many same article(press release) appear in the internet ,will harmful my site?
