I got banned from eBay for Bid Shielding (not Bid Shilling/Shill Biding)! Bid Shielding is like using two accounts to bid on an item and use bid retraction feature to retract bids and win the item.

Anyone have idea how can i reinstate the account? Do they reinstate those account?
If so any idea on how to make another one and use without getting caught next time?
I hope they do have my PayPal account details (but its clear so far since i didn't anything wrong with it!)

eBay Policy Violation: Invalid bid retraction policy

I doubt they'd reinstate your account. Bout the only thing I can think of to do is to sign up via a proxy and use ebay from that proxy if possible.

Best of luck.

you have a 0% chance of saving it. ebay is very serious when it comes to bidding bans. You need to search how to make stealth accounts and make sure they never never never link up.

Did you sign up from the same IP? I'm wondering how they caught you..

Like cassinos, ebay probably has the world's largest database of bid scam patterns. And you bet it's not limited to IP matching....

There are a lot of ways they can catch you.... unless you know exactly what you are doing you will get caught. Hence, why I said to learn more about making stealth accounts.

Ok, can i use the same PayPal account for my new eBay account? As of now that eBay account was permanently banned!
I can de link from my PayPal account and can i use that again with some different email address?

This question seems to be noob but i don't need to put up serious trouble in my existing paypal/ stealth paypal account since without PayPal there is no life i can say!

I highly doubt they are going to reinstate your account. First of all they have absolutely no reason to reinstate your
account and without incentive people tend not to do much. Best thing is to think about learning how to operate an eBay
stealth account and get back to selling.

Yeah, they won't reinstate! I am pretty sure! All i am worrying is whether if i use the same PayPal account with different email address will i get caught?

Yeah, your account is gone. Do some research on this forum about "ebay stealth accounts"

People, Can i use the same PayPal account with a different email address?

Hello,

So are you asking if you can attach your existing PayPal to a new eBay account?

Yeah, I am asking about using the same PayPal account for the new eBay account!

They will cause your new eBay Account to be instantly banned a long with damage to your PayPal Account.
If you are going to start selling on eBay again you have to go fully stealth with a new PayPal and eBay account together.

For buying too?
Regarding selling, I have no idea with eBay hereafter since it's already a hell with eBay Buyer Protection who rips off for everything!

It does not matter if you buy or sell. Linked is linked and that is what going to to happen mixing previously banned
account information with new accounts.

For dealing with buyer fraud I would suggest you record evidence for high prices items being shipped. Always use
certified mail and never mail items to addresses not associated with their PayPal accounts.

Unclemike
