Thanked! It's been very helpful.
Cheers =D Let me know if you have any questions!
Matthew, excellent series! I learned a lot.
Now if you come back with over-the-shoulder-watch-me series, please make it detailed and FREE. I love to watch XFactor (John Robinson) authority videos but he made it like $500 a person. Now if you simply ask people to buy s/w thru your link, then you make money for good vids, and visitors are happy. Win- win.
Please do it sooooner than later![]()
Thanks.

I get a lot of requests for tutorials - site structure, keyword research, conversion, video production - you name it!
So there are a couple of ways I can go about it.
I can either record individual tutorials one at a time for each topic.
Or I could do something extra special and show you guys how to build a site from the ground up and make your first sale over my shoulder step by step.
Help Me Help You!
So to do that I want to know what you want to see. A few people want a live SEO/link building case study but the problem with that is if I reveal the URL/site then the case study becomes invalid & I'm sure a certain Mr. Cutts would be keeping a close eye.
That would also make it much harder to teach you guys how to research and build sites properly as I would have to introduce an element of secrecy.
Ideally I would like to publish it week on week showing you exactly what I did last week with all of the live URL's for you to check out for yourself along with public analytics access.
Then you can follow along with me each week but in your own niche!
So what should I do?
At the moment I'm thinking about a hybrid blog/membership setup - this would also challenge the fact I've never built a membership site before.
Please let me know your thoughts on this! Still in the early stages as you can see but expect to see this starting at the end of April/start of May.
Hey Matt,
I have a few questions:
1) How many keywords should I use when scraping them using scrapebox? I get like a thousand or more... its ridiculous. And which level do i use? 1, level 2, etc.?
2) How many private proxies do I need when scraping eg. 700K urls?
3) When I got upto 300K urls scraped, scrapebox's popup showed up saying 97% of the urls have the same keywords and it will automatically be removed. At the end result I was left with 9K results...whats up with that?
4) How long do private proxies last for before they die? or do they die?
Hi,
1) Start with like 100 - just go the first level, deeper if you need to
2) Depends on connection & delay settings, if you have 10 proxies you can safely have 3 connections 0s delay without interruption generally
3) in the options drop down untick the bit about automatically removing results from the same domain
hey Matthew
Sorry to ask but what do you think of article kevo? ive read a lot on this form thats its much better than link wheel bandit. A lot cheaper too!
Would you be able to make a review video on it? lwb is too expensive for me.
As for captcha solvers would you recommend gsa captcha breaker or captcha sniper?
Last of all, for the post above this one, I asked about proxies, do these semi dedicated proxies ever die out before the month if I do a lot of scraping? If so, would I get a replacement from the site owner or what happens?
I dont think it can be compared to LWB - but you can leave the LWB part out of this process and only bring it in 'if needed;
GSA Captcha Breaker seems better - but that is just opinion
Yes they will get temp banned from Google all the time, just a matter of time for them to be unbanned though. Also buyproxies will send you new IPs every month automagically!
When are you planning to release your ultimate video from scratch?
Do you mean the one I referred to above ^^
