why doesn't he just connect the sellers and buyers as well.

He gets approached both by people who want to sell and people who want to buy a fanpage.

I want to buy a fan page too but don't know any sellers so if he knows someone he can just connect the two of us and make the sale..

Rotem Guez is offering the service to be a middleman but YOU have to find the page you want to buy first (or a buyer if you are the seller) - THEN you go to him. Ok?
