Planning to launch a high authority site, need your suggestions?

Hey Guys,

Probably i am a little bit busy to reply and be part of the discussion here because of my work regime, but i am always reading the forum, now i have been on some good authority site adventures, but i have decide to go big now.

I have somewhere 700-800 Articles on Home Improvement niche, i am planning to launch a site and make it pretty authority site as i have a lot of content.

I'm planning to add 600 Articles to my site, and use the other 200 article for SEO Purpose (Article directories, Web 2.0, etc)
I'm planning to add 2-3 articles in about 10-20 high authority directories.

It will be 50 Articles for directories.

150 Others will be used for web 2.0 as i want those web2.0 to be high quality ones.
for example 20 web 2.0 x 7 Articles (or something like that).

Wanted to know your suggestions, ideas, because it is always good to ask for critics and suggestions.

If you take the time to help me with that, i would be more than thankful.

You may want to use some of your extra articles for guest blogging on other related high authority sites. That could give you more of a bump than Web 2.0.

Well yeah, you are right, as guest posting is pretty valuable nowadays. Might think about making about 20 x 5 articles web 2.0 and 20-30 other articles for guest posting.

No, i have those resources and that is my plan.
Just wanted to know if should i add something more (For example the one that suggested to make a strategy for guest posting), which is pretty valuable.

I only have to add the articles on my site and schedule the posts daily which is not a problem.
I'm just curious and want to get opinions or suggestions on how should i use the remaining articles (150-200 articles) for SEO.

Laser targeting of categories then breaking them into keyword groups. You cant just scatter gun 500 articles and see what happens.

Yeah, i have separated the articles in different categories for specific keywords, thanks for suggestions.

That's already a good plan. But submitting your articles to article directories may not be of much help. It is way better to submit them at guest blogs since article directories nowadays are not much of importance. Google has already been not recognizing some article directory websites because it is already a spam of links.

You have a decent plan involving lots of content making your goals look genuine. Keep your focus on content to reach all of your goals
