Yes, as I told in my previous post, the home page is made of flash and you will need your browser compatible to view flash (if the browser has nothing to do with flash, oops... can someone tell me whats actually needed to view web flash content )

In the past, I have accepted few projects involving non-English sites. The only concern here was that, the acceptance ratio, as you have rightly mentioned. For a normal English site with no objectionable content, the acceptance ratio will be above 90%. But for non-English site(s), it can be something between 50-60% (Based on the projects done in the past and this might actually differ for your website). At the rates that we are offering, even 50% acceptance will get you the most for the money. Hope this helps

You need the Adobe Flash plugin to view the flash content; http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

YOu should put a link on your index page so folks know exactly where to get it.. you can also add some code to detect the absense of the flash player and immediately tell visitors they need the Flash player to view page so that they dont' get a blank screen and run away.
