Monetization Question

So i have a video that violates terms of youtube. Basically I signed up for monetization just for the ability to use custom thumbnails, I haven't actually montized any videos and don't plan on doing it either. So monetization is turned off, will youtube take a look at the videos? I've heard that videos are generally checked out before ads are placed. I just signed up for monetization but didn't monetize anything, did i risk my video getting deleted by doing that? Will YT see my youtube video and delete it?(or maybe even worse consequences?)

Nope, your video will be OK as you haven't claimed it yet. There is of course still a small risk it can be deleted but that is only if it's flagged by another user.

Anything against the TOS will throw up some red flags so be careful.

If your videos are against their TOS, of course, your videos can always get deleted.
Oh, your niche is very risky on YT as people are flagging these videos like crazy! Well, you better hope that YT won't look at your videos.

Yeah I understand that. I've done some of these videos before. They usually fly under the radar if you can get a lot of likes going to it. I've had some vids stick up for months, which I assume are flagged everyday

I understand that. But I was just wondering if it was going to be sniffed out early. Usually when my videos are deleted they are flagged to death(a couple months after upload). I am definitely hoping, which is why I was seeing if they would manually review my video because I signed up for monetization.

Your video will be deleted. I have one video from the past that has been deleted because of a violation of their TOS, and I also didn't have the intention to monetize it.
