Yes we're aware that if Google wanted to play big brother, that having the google doc could be a risk, that is why we never disclose the links themselves in anything, only the numbers and screenshots.
We can do random spread, but you are limited in the number of URLs by the plan you choose.

Also, on the order form it asks for Facebook Page, Pinterest, etc. Do we need to have these already setup, or can we just provide you with the URLS?

Keywords are not a big part of this service since most social signals are naked links. 3 or 4 per link should be just fine.
