when you say Adsense, amazon or click bank ready, does that mean you add the affiliate links or Adsense ads in the new site directly or does that just mean that the theme is capable of handling these ads ?

bought the rocket package which initially promised 2 pr 1 authority sites due to buy 1 free 1.
Just finalized the transfer of the domain name to my godaddy account.
My review:
He was slow during this period due to some problems with one of the client fucking up his hosting accounts and thus the delays(according to his PMs)
Therefore he gave me a bonus which changed my intially 2 pr1 site to 2 pr 3 sites.Thanks!
