Received my review. PR was pretty good for the price, content was good.
Overall, I think its still too early for me to say if the rankings are getting better but communication was good, deliver of product was good and links were good.
Based on what I see, I am confident that once these links start indexing, the rankings will start going up as well.

Good results! Used this service and moved up 10 spots for 2 of my keywords. I only ordered the 10 pack! I am now going to PM him regarding some other niches for my other sites.

I used Niche Integrity on a brand new website. I was targeting considerably hard keywords, well after 2 weeks I saw great results.
Keywords seem to be dancing between 5 to 10 from N/A. and i have made all the investment back in last few days.
Not just that, I saw my DA rise to 40+.
So I am writing this for those who are confused about bad links. Neo's links are the BEST QUALITY ONES! I've used many networks from BHW on many websites I run and this is the only service which has recently increased my site's rankings after penguin. So obviously try this guy's links because not only does he provide quality, his service is also the cheapest one. I googled for technology niche links and got some quotes.
