Getting traffic on a website that offers an online service

Hello im new here but i just recent built a website that sells Instagram followers + likes, twitter followers, yt views, fb likes and gplus one ups. At the moment i have 0 sales, I set up about 300$ worth of advertising on a few different websites. Some social bookmarking sites and some social media marketing sites that should go live in a few days and im hoping this works. Im not really sure on how to get good traffic to my site can anyone point me in the right direction. Im not asking anyone to do the work for me or to hold my hand all day but if you give me a little help it would mean the world to me.

Pardon my absence of IM knowledge but by spam rank do you mean make a domain and buy traffic for those keywords and then when enough is done redirect it to the main site or did I just completely misunderstand that?
