Wordpress theme creator needed for simple theme creation

2 columns widgetised.white background.its pretty simple.
i can show you exactly what i want.

why not just get a free theme. there are 100's out there. surely one will fix exactly with what you would require

i need a good one for adsense other than prosense.any suggestions?
