So I'm sitting on the couch talking to my mom and a commercial comes on talking about how bing is better than Google. Here's how the conversation went:

Mom: do you use Bing?
Calltyron: no, but I need to.
Mom: how do you even use Bing?
Calltyrone: you just type in Bing.com
Mom: Soo just go to google and type in bing right?
Calltyrone: LOL..... yeah.

my parents would rather take the time to go to google through their bookmarks than typing in google and pressing ctrl-enter, or setting their search bar from yahoo to google(they even type google in the yahoo search bar).

i don't get the older generation. it's not at all that they can't understand technology, it's that they don't want to, and that makes them kind of sad.
