For this price, I can say it's a very great and effective service.
I used all the links on several T1 of mine (tumblr,wordpress and others 2.0 blogs), and I've got a lot of diversified links which will help not only get your T1 indexed, but also give them some juice.

Over the past weeks, all of my keywords increased in the SERPs, and almost all of them are now on Page 1. I'm ranking #1 for several keywords too.
I can't say that it's just the Spartan links which helped me, as I work on my side too, but I'm SURE they helped a lot !

For this price it's a steal !

Yes, this would be a really safe and recommended way to use this service.

However, some users have used this directly on their money site and most of them reported positive movement. When doing so, we take extra steps (such as diversifying anchor texts even more with brand and LSI keywords) to make things safer, especially for new sites.
