Thanks for compiling the list. Seems legit. But I have one question. I just tried the first one on the list and there I have to create a backlink on my web property in order to get their backlink.

How would I automate that?

I always do semi-automatic submissions , especially for targeted GEO area like Germany, Spain and so on. There are several submitters that can automate the submission process and back link creation but i can't remember now exactly, maybe someone can give you an answer.
