i made a fan page that i got some likes but there is no much interaction

Check G-S-T's methods for creating interaction with pictures that encourage users to comment on challenges such as "Type FACEBOOK with your nose".
you have to do this stage on your own.. find some funny or cool pics related to your niche. Try instagram, tumblr etc. go to other pages related to your niche and try and contribute something interesting or valuable. Remember that if you have, for example, 200 fans, when you post an update only about 20 of them will see it. Work on getting more fans first

First and foremost, this doesn't work in one day unless if you want to buy fake Likes that do you no good other than fake your tiny audience to assume you are large.
I suggest you have a site, rank it for your keywords and integrate your Fan Page.
This way a lot of people will see it and like it.
Secondly, FB allows you to promote your page for Likes. Create a budget of $50+ monthly
and watch as your FB pages grow with real followers.

That wont help you. Let's say that somone will share your page on high level page.
You will get some exposure but what are you going to do with that?
