Youtube PVA from other country than proxy?

So Ive tried all the of the youtube pva methods, they don't work for me (including pinger voice call via android).

Im located in Europe, is it possible I buy a sim card here to verify the youtube account, and use an American proxy and not get banned?

What does legitimate account activity look like? Someone with a phone in Europe accessing through an American IP?

Actually there is a way, look around for a odd/old looking gmail mobile signup page and just use it. (there is no captcha for it even)

Set the country you making the account with (USA if its a USA proxy) and when you get to the phone verify part (which is required) just set the country to where ever the phone/sim card is stated to be from. I used to use this and I could whip out gmail + yt channels in about 30 - 40 seconds a pop if my internet was fast.

Any more input on whether my account will be banned, or have people succesfully used a foreign phone number on an US proxy before?
