Is it easy to rank for this keyword?

So i was looking for a new niche to rank for and i came across this keyword. The keyword itself has 49,500 exact searches per month.
These are the stats of the top 10 ranking websites. Out of which the last three are dailymotion, youtube and facebook pages.


So what do you guys think? Is it easy to rank for this keyword? And how long will it take to get to the top using pure white hat seo?

Yes definitely a possibility, just make sure you have good on-page optimization and you will probably get in the top 100 without doing any off-site seo then you can build up a linking strategy from there.

Those statistics are not reliable, you have to apply some humanly tactic to check the competition. And if you are going to rank for such keyword with huge monthly queries you gotta be ready for quality SEO, not just buying links here and there.

Thanks. And what exactly do you mean by humanly tactic? As far as i can see the site ranking 1st for this keyword has no proper on page optimization.

One member a while ago gave us his KW Inspector. It's not as good as MS but I now combine the 2 with some impressive results. As I can't post URL's you would have to search for it but give it a try.

I can tell you go for it. That's a really low competition there. You can rank your site very easily. Find the low points of the top 3 and to what they have done and what they haven't done and you get your site on the right position.

As it has good number of searches, you can get visitors for the positions after 5 as well, So i suggest you to go with it. It will turn as a good go.

Off-page optimization is important, but on-site optimization is also equivalent important. Do remember not to over-optimize your keywords density as well!
