Torrents = Make Money?

I just started looking into this torrent thing..After many failures and victories in this internet game it is becoming clear to me that you have to diversify your game plan in order to stay on top of things..I have been reading the "torrents" forum recently and can't really find any information I can make sense of that is located in one thread..I pretty much would like to know what the basics are in making money from torrents..Maybe this can turn into a sticky someday..

It all depends on which way you want to go.

Preferably it is easier just to stick a .url file in the folder with your torrent and upload it. With enough uploads you will definitely make coin.

Most people say that you cant make as much using this as using things such as PPI. But with PPI you spend all your time reuploading the same torrent under diff users etc With just a .url file in there, You can spend more time finding sources for the content of your torrents. Plus they can stay getting passed around the net for months if you pick something decent.

My advice would be to diversify your efforts at first in order to establish which solutions and methods work best for you and then focus strictly on one or a few of those 100%. It generally pointless to pay attention to quantity in hope that this will generate any real income. It's just not worth the effort. Experiment a bit and I'm sure you'll be able to find a way of balancing the effort/income ratio.

you can use it for PPI, make them do zip submits, click your PPC ads and such I think with right monetization and right tools+ out sourcing you can make good money with torrents fairly easily, but its like other methods, start, analyze, tweak

Search the ebooks about black hat methods on the download sections. SOme of them contain information about torrents. Like using pay per install and passwords cheats

There are tons of ways you can profit from torrents. Just go against the tide and do not do what 100's of people are already doing.

I'm doing about $180 per day with torrent traffic and I have barely scratched the surface with some of the stuff I am working on. I can probably get torrent up to 1k/day once I find the time to fully focus on it.

I am interested in this method but with my own twist. I am new here and to blackhat and have been reading for 2 weeks. I dont want you guys to spoonfeed me but can you please tell me the best way to make money off of torents or a forum with rapidshare links. For torrents so far i understand ppi which is you get payed for every install I guess you must add this to the exe or installer and make sure it passes AV. Then I understand a landing page with the password on it and that page could have a email submit but wont people put in fake email does this matter will i still get paid?? Then I was thinking of a landing page with ads on it but I dont think you could use adsense could you ?? Adbrite doesnt pay enough. And how would you get people to actually click your ads. So what I am asking is what is the best way to get paid that is not that intrusive for the downloader so that they will keep downloading my links. I appreciate your responses.

Here's a hint. Check out ShareCash, upload a bullshit .txt file called "password" and then upload a password protected ZIP or RAR file to a torrent site. ShareCash gives you money per download of your uploaded content.
