I downloaded the trial version and I still don't understand, does this software actually make comment posts or just does who.is? And I loaded proxies and I don't see if they are working or not :(
please advise :)

It doesn't just do whois links or blog comments, it currently supports 45 different platforms, obviously some will generate more links than others but there are the obvious whois and blog comment link platforms as well as Forums, Image Galleries, Blog and Forum Trackbacks and Guestbook platforms.

The first links that you will see will be whois links as they are based on a list (updated yesterday) of sites and can start right away while all of the other platforms require searching so will not start as quickly as the whois posts will, this will explain why you initially see a flood of whois links and few or no links from other platforms. Once the searches are finished and the targets are received NHSEO will be able to start posting to these platforms.

Also because the first bunch of platforms working in NHSEO were mostly blog comments and trackbacks these are searched first, you can see the exact order of searching in the Settings=>Platform tab, the list is processed from top to bottom. Over time you will see more and more variation in the types of platforms the links are originating from.

If you have entered the proxies and selected what they are to be used for and saved the settings you will see in the bottom indicator bar how many proxies have been entered. You can check these proxies from directly within No Hands SEO by clicking on the corresponding "Test Proxies" button in the Settings=>Proxy tab.

Please do let me know if you have any further questions regarding anything NHSEO related.

I am about to launch a new Add Profile window which will help to guide the user through the process of adding a profile with bigger and better explanations of what everything does and should help to bring to light all of the controls that can be used for all profiles. Once this is entered I will be doing a series of video guides to help show users how to best use all of the settings and to perform certain common tasks. There are some great things in the pipeline for No Hands SEO.

Since the last post in this thread was made I have released a couple of updates:

v2.9.6.0
Fixed: Searching bug

v2.9.7.0
Improved: Captcha handling when using PR / OBL limits

v2.9.8.0
â—¾Improved: Output Link list after Link Check
â—¾Improved: Proxy Handling
â—¾Improved: Improved search thread stopping speed
â—¾Improved: Searching for much more results

v2.9.9.0
Fixed: Searching delay bug

Link numbers on my test server have shot up due to these updates. If you were having low link numbers before then you should start seeing much bigger numbers and if you were seeing a decent amount of links before it is possible you could see around double or more now.

Just released v2.10.0.0 with lots of extra goodies, new platforms and features:
â—¾Added: New D0follow Guestbook Platform: Akobook
â—¾Added: New D0follow Guestbook Platform: Ard Guestbook
â—¾Added: New Trackback Platform: MovableType Trackback
â—¾Added: Add Profile Wizard for easy 1 time setting up of profiles
â—¾Added: Per profile anchor text generic options (optional)
â—¾Added: Database Maintenance button for clearing space in the DB
â—¾Improved: Wordpress comment platform
â—¾Improved: Searching routine for better handling of results
â—¾Improved: Posting speed improved (Link Finding improved)

That takes the total platforms to 49 for now, more to come soon.

why i am getting this ? after i set the project and click START then i am looking on log and i see this 6/18/2013 10:38 AM | Searching Google courtesy : CommentLuv >> http://mydomain.com and not any keyword or footprints and of course is showing 0 results.i set something wrong?

When you see:
Searching Google courtesy : CommentLuv >> http://mydomain.com

What you can take from that is it is searching Google for the keyword courtesy on the platform CommentLuv for the profile http://mydomain.com. So you are seeing what keyword it is searching for just not the footprint. There is little point in spelling out the footprint being used in the search in the log as it wouldn't help anything other than clog up the log.

If you are getting 0 results you are likely using bad proxies or too many searching threads for your number of proxies, sort that and you will start seeing plenty of searches return lots of results.

is set at posting threads 15 and allowed searching threads 1

In that case it is very likely your proxies. For a keyword like that I would expect at least some results from nearly all the different platforms.

using a trial now. "add new profile" seems to take awhile and I though the trial was broken. Ended up adding 4 or 5 new duplicate profiles after I left the software and came back. This software looks promising giving it a whirl now and will deff buy if it works as advertised. Bookmarked

Adding a profile should take no more than a second and realistically shouldn't take that long all that often. Could you elaborate on what you were doing, i.e did you use the quick add or the new wizard. Had you already clicked start befor adding the profile?

Basically any more info you could give on your situation when adding the profile could help me figure out what happened to slow down the adding of the profile, I would like to figure it out as it isn't a usual thing for it to take more than a second and I would hate for there to be an issue for other users.

My question is how effective is it in changing your SERP ranking?

My question is how effective is it in changing your SERP ranking?

That really depends on how you use it. If you vary your anchor texts and use custom comments the sky is the limit, mainly dependant on your competition.

For an example of what can be done when things are setup correctly, I have a domain that is an EMD on a .net domain that was uploaded around a month ago. There are 7+million other pages for the broad search term (2+mil for exact search) and the website is a single page of unique content and the result of just using No Hands SEO on it is:
Broad search: position 3 on page 1
Exact search: position 2 on page 1

The main thing is vary your anchor text lots and use custom comments that add in more relevancy to your backlinks and you should see some increase in SERPs. I also find these days with NHSEO being able to generate so many links I will set a limit to the number of outbound links of around 500 to prevent posting to overly spammed sites.

So, yeah, it can be very effective.

14 k posted 878 links verified.is this good or very bad?

Well it is what it is. It really depends on the amount of platforms you are using and if/what limitations you have set (PR, OBL, bad words etc). I would certainly not say it was bad for a page profile but for a website profile it is not good.

What sort of settings are you using to run with? For example are you using proxies, if so what type public or private? How many platforms do you have enabled? Are you using any limitations like outbound link limit or minimum PR?

All of these things will determine how efficiently your install will be able to generate links, if you would like to answer these questions I would be more able to give you some ideas on how to get the most from your install.

no filters,i am using dedicated proxies, and only who is platform is disabled.no pr or obl limitations are set.

Well 6%+ for searched targets is quite reasonable and pretty much in line with what should be expected. You can increase it by deactivating the WP based blog platforms such as WP, CommentLuv, KeyLuv, Top Comments, NoFollow Free and WP Trackbacks but you will be losing the potential for some really good backlinks.

For some odd reason there has been a misconception that has become really common recently that blog comments are bad links but that really couldn't be further from the truth and I think it would be a bad idea to prevent posting to these platforms as they can be a source of some really good links. High PR, low OBL links can be had from all platforms but at least blogs have more content overall.

I haven't posted updates that have happened over the last few days so here they are:
v2.10.1.0
Fixed: Searching bug

v2.10.2.0
â—¾Added: Shortcut for Support Forum to start menu and desktop
â—¾Added: Shortcut for Update Blog to start menu and desktop
â—¾Improved: Removed some CPU limiting aspects to further speed up posting
â—¾Improved: Bad words handling now only checks on page text
â—¾Fixed: Profile Settings loading bug

v2.10.3.0
â—¾Added: New controls to Profile Handler
â—¾Fixed: Saving of some settings via new Add Profile Wizard
