so how easily do these sites really make money? like once the site is setup will it really get traffic easily, or do I have to do SEO myself to see any real traffic? And how much could I expect to make from 1 site ?

Am going to provide low competition keyword.So no need much work on it.You have to make seo on it.Then you will see good traffic.
