Note for buyers: I got limited while waiting for the codes VCC + VBA. I bought VCC + VBA. It's was on fresh installed dedicated server on dedi ip + fresh windows US paypal. (US Paypal hardest to get approved to) So I guess it will work fine on other countries as it easy only VCC needed. (I'm sure it's the VCC, They email you and say that if you get an error when you try to add the VCC just try few times it worked after few times but you get flagged and limited after sometime...) Wasted $40.

We sold many vcc and vba here and outside BHW too and our Customers are happy with our services, you can read the reviews too, however what happened with your paypal ..... we are sorry for it.

Why Paypal limits your or any other's account is depends on Paypal, even if you use all genuine things.
