US Citizens - A Little Help Here!

I have this really big idea for a PROJECT and being a non-US citizen, I need help from you guys. This has been on my mind for weeks now and I've got the whole big picture puzzled in and only need the specific details that could complete every part of it. As the title stated, replies from US citizens are the only ones valid or at least those who are well-accustomed to the US lifestyle:

SO HOW CAN YOU HELP ME?

Kindly reply to this thread professional services or types of professional services which you would call up or ask services from AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 3 MONTHS or so. (by professional, it means one who is doing specialized work like a orthodontist, a family lawyer etc)

I live in the Philippines so I only have a fraction of information as to what would the usual answers be but here's my TRY (which may be totally wrong):

1. Pediatrician (if a family has a kid)
2. Dentist
3. Family Doctor
4. Family Lawyer (?)

Any reply would be of great help and am grateful of it. Thank you in advance!

At least once a month? With my U.S family, a Chiropractor adjustment is a monthly must-do.

Edit: Yard and lawn services, snow removal when used, are at least once a month.

Landscaping services is a good idea but most people mow their own lawn or get a kid to do it. If anyone is seeing a doctor every month it would be someone with a serious illness or something chronic.

Yeah, perhaps I was only thinking of the rich families who can afford to have monthly visits from the doc despite no severe illnesses.

Hmmm, putting "at least once a month" can be pretty restricting so ill edit it.
