What is the project code? It isn't possible that there has been no progress in 22 days. Most likely you get a new revision every few days and you were informed of this before you paid. Each revision takes a few days.
Anyway, what is the project code and your email ID?

As long as you email me, you will get a reply. And I can't really tell you exactly how many hours/minutes each step takes. I need a few days for each revision and I let everybody know that well in advance.

There are no issues.
We don't make template websites which are completed in a week. We offer custom solutions with unlimited revisions, and everytime a client asks for a revision, it takes an additional 2-3 days approx. So 10 revisions means 30 days for just the revisions. This excludes the time taken for the original drafts and coding. Each website on an average takes 3-6 weeks based on the number of revisions a client wants made to it.
If you provide a free template/theme from a website, we can easily code it and have it done within 6-10 days. If you want that, that is!

My project code is 3AMY26.P1. I ordered this service on May 25th and today is June 20th.
This is what he promised to me:
Approx eta 6-8 days for first draft mock ups
1-2 days per round of revisions
Another 7-10 days for coding. Another 1-2 days per round of revisions
The project has total 23 pages. I received first draft of the mock up for the Home Page on May 31st. Next revision on June 7th then third revision on June 18th. I have all the email records to prove. My problem is every revision will take him 1 - 2 weeks for ONE PAGE. How long it will take to finish this project then??? We didn't even on the coding part yet. Just the HOME page design takes more than 25 days. I am wondering how soon this project will be completed and does this happen only to me or to everyone ?
I just want to have a clear idea what you are doing and what is the next. That's it. I can't just sit here and wait for ever.

having nightmares here, over 3 weeks for a logo, I know its only $7 but nothing at all. OP emailed me to apologise last weekend and assured me it would be completed in 5 days

i hate to add on to this but i'm having same issues here. op said theme is done then when i got the theme, it was not installable. i had to provide ftp and admin account and now it's going to be another 2 weeks to install. i hope this WILL be installed by then because i think paypal has a 90 day limit otherwise no refund possible.

and only the home page takes time, the rest only take a few minutes other than writing. The theme is the home page. W only need to make the home page, the others won't take any time at all.

OP sent me couple of Home Pages mock up and I don't like because he didn't read my requirement so I edited one of that and sent back to him and ask him to make the home page like that and I also made a product page so he will understand what I need. Now he is asking me to send him JPEG pages to do coding. It is ridiculous. I don't know how to make jpeg pages. I can only cut and paste and this is how I did for the home page. Please don't give me any excuse and start to do the coding for the home page and copy paste the content from my old website to the new one by using the product page design I sent to you. That's it.

Understanding of the job: 0/10 I sent OP detail requirement in the first email and after weeks, he kept asking me the question in the first email and he never tried to understand it.
It is a seriously nightmare to me. I have been waiting for ONE month already and he only delivered me a HOME page jpeg design and kept asking me to send him rest of designs. I don't them. If I know how to design, then I will do your job then.
OP, listen, you just do you best to finish the rest of the job and copy the content from old website to new one and that's it. I will do the rest. Let's finish this asap. I have a deadline for it and I can't wait for ever.
