Can someone help me with a cashout method ? Let's say i have a verified German PP with 40? on it and a strong SOCKS5 proxy. How would i go about transfering money out of it ? I mean how would i do it online ? i know i could link an anon card to it but i can't afford one. I tried on a casino site but they immediately banned my real acc :P i tried with some freelance sites but most of them show me the "we will call you to see if the acc is really yours" error when trying to pay even from a strong SOCKS5 proxy.

Note that i can send money to other paypals but sending to my real PP is out of the question as it will most certainly be banned very fast.

My idea is to find a site that accepts paypal deposits and also moneybookers withdrawals so i can somehow deposit money from a stolen PP to it then withdraw it to my fake moneybookers acc and then send it to my real one......

The problem is with deposits themselves cause they always give me the stupid "we will call you" message. If i log in and try to add a new number (also stolen) the acc just locks.

PayPal is shit but there's so much money in those accs that i have....i just need to find a way to get it out :P

Create a middleman. Transfer the money to your other paypals that are not linked to ebay. Then transfer the money from those paypals to your real paypal that you can withdraw from.
