I'm looking into Blogger Outreach tools to bring traffic to my new website. Has anyone used websites or tools such as BlogDash.com to do blogger outreach? Have you had any success?

Few of my clients did used these methods. but, traffic will be less as there are quite a bit of bloggers filling in already.
Mostly i bring these type of traffic using Guest posts, you can try this one http://myblogguest.com/ for guest posting.

I've tried BlogDash, with very little success.
MyBlogGuest, on the other, is much better than BlogDash, BUT, it's quite hard to find quality websites to guest post on.
Another option is BloggerLinkUp. What you do is basically subscribe (FREE) to their mailing list, and you'll get an email 2x a week for guest posting opportunities. Again, it's quite hard to find quality websites to guest post on.

I have a subscription to MyBlogGuest, you will get a lot offers from very low quality sites which is why I'm considering cancelling my subscription. I've found a couple good opportunities on BloggerLinkUp, which were worth pursuing. Dennis727's thread on guest blogging and blog outreach is definitely worth reading. I reach out to websites I like the look of and tend to build relationships.
GroupHigh is one of the top ones, but it's not cheap. When they don't list the price on the website, you know it's expensive

try postrunner for guest posting. might not get a lot of traffic from the posts itself but they are good for diverse links

If I'm not mistaken, their minimum is $5k per year. Haven't tried them though.
Postrunner is okay. The problems are, there's limited number of websites to pitch to, plus, they charge per 'money site' if I'm not mistaken.
Yeah, I used Group High on demo and it was pretty powerful. You can create all sorts of targeted lists, filtering and slicing/dicing by many different factors. It's a pretty painfree way to quickly find all the blogs within a niche. But at $5k per year ($417 per month), not cheap at all.
