IM background:
13 years ago, when i was 12. I built a forum and topsites with those famous cgi and PHP scripts.
I made 3-4k USD per month with 20,000-30,000 unique visitors per day. I got paid by using PPC through click2net, cj, clickxchange, linkshares and CPM through contentzone.
At that time, it was just around USD$0.06-0.1 per click, 0.5 PER 1000 Impressions. (I used my father name as payee.) There was no adsense.....
After 2000, the IT Bubble burst, my earning dropped quickly so I closed my websites and concentrate on my study.
There is 13 years gap for me in IM.....but I AM BACK!

This forum is just so informative with experienced member willing to share!!! it fired up my passion!! I spent 10 hrs a day for last 2 weeks in this forum. I am addicted.
Besides, my IM adventure is started by purchasing Authority sites from Azon.
My Plan: Plan A
1, update the website with quality content regularly
2, build backlinks slowly with tiered link building structure with GSA, scrapebox
3, buy some gigs from fiverr for social signal
4, build email list through squeeze page with free ebooks
5, sell related clickbank products to subscribers.
6, adsense on website

Plan B:
1, outsource the SEO jobs in China/HK to BHW, fiverr.

Nice to meet all of you

PS:
I am now working in IBM as IT specialist.....
My goal is simple: QUIT MY JOB

Hey there, Welcome to BHW and welcome back to IM!

Wishing you success and to be able to quit your job soon!

same here you are doing it to quit job , i am doing to quite my school :p

Welcome bro! where are you living in HK? I often come to renew my visa (live in Shanghai), stick to Kowloon, Nathan street usually.. ;) Nice to have some far east compadres on the forum

Welcome dude, ive worked in hk for about 3 years. Beautiful place, a paradise if you'd ask me :)

Old Internet Marketer sounds good. We welcome you mate.

Haha! I spent a few years in HK too and just felt a pang of missing the place. Fantastic place to live, but the social life was a killer. I remember many times just going to LKF for a couple of drinks at Stormies and the next thing I know we are heading to Old China Hand for breakfast, having not made it home.

Good times.

The Thai Food in Kowloon City, Seafood in SaiKung....are tasty
You should visit HK when u have time! You may explore the SEO opportunities in china too.

pfff ye... lkf was fucking awesome man, i used to go out thursday friday n saturday; fridays were tough at work, but it was all worth it haha.
Kowloon city was brilliant for food as well, and of course saikung and its seafood... good times man good times...

Cool Experience...
My worst case is that...drinking a few cocktails in LKF....and the next thing I know...I am in a hotel of Macao...and i have absolutely no idea why there is a girl sleeping next to me

Ouch... I never woke up that far away. Macau casino trips when drunk are never a good idea.

I did have a mate once who decided half way through the day (drunk) he was going to fly home for the weekend. He woke up on a plane with no memory of how he got there and had to ask a flight attendant where the plane was going to.

Welcome to BHW too.
