your rates are too high, no1 in right mind will pay that much for email marketing.
i can get 3,00,000 emails delivered for 100$ (ie with send limit of 25k emails a day, and it will take 3 months to send those emails)

also a big point to consider is, your website/domain/ip address will get blacklisted if you send too many emails with your link at once.. hence a professional mass mailer will always recommend, stayin in the limit and using a good list
