An buyer opened a case... telling me she didn't received her item. I ask her if she want a refund or me to reship.
She was asking for a refund... she ordered like 3 items. Will this affect my rating in ebay? I doub she will leave any feedback ... but just because i gave her a refund, will this make ebay rise a red flag?

No it will not have any effect on your account. She might even leave positive review because you refunded her.

However please keep in mind that there are many buyers who tell you this kind of crap even tho they've received the items. They know that you've used a method that doesn't provide a tracking address and you can't track if it has or hasn't been delivered. Then they abuse this fact asking for their money back.

This has happened to me several times and it's something terrible, there's no way around it but I recommend you try asking them to wait just a few more days (always being polite because those bad reviews kill you mate!).

The positive thing is that these kind of scum are few in numbers (but they're breeding!) so if you make a good amount of sales you won't even feel them.

Good luck selling!

So you shipped 3 items to her and now she is saying she didn't receive her item? I would contact eBay/Paypal and if you can prove that she is a fraudulent buyer then they will remove any negative feedback left by that person. It won't give you a red flag. If you already gave a refund and it was a cheap item, then it might be best just to leave it alone and don't do business with her again.

I got same thing today... buyer said he didnt get the goods, and i know he got it, i have proof....i just refunded him and moved on.
Ppl do shady business with this buyer protection option from ebay...they abuse it a lot.

It is what it is i guess

Well... i was asking myself If i should send her 9$ back via PayPal and ask her to close the case, or if i should click on the refund button?
You know? i already have problems... because of the postal office...
i made this mistake: i shipped 300 packages with "non-priority mail" ... and from 300, 100 got lost... lol

Oh dear, shipped out 3 items and the buyer said didn't receive. I guess in future send via registered mailing. I think in this case she probably receive them and wants a refund.

Ouch! but at least you learned something out of this.

It really happens that the buyer does not receive the item(s). Once, I ordered something and I never got it, it was not registered and the seller tried to fight it, I got refunded through claims and the scammer keeps begging me to change negative feedback to positive although it's been 3-4 months since.

It's not in your interest to send unregistered parcels, that's just a headache and it will cause you more troubles than to the buyer.

Its good that you refunded her the 3things back but the same repeats with the other person, they may receive the goods but they may lie to you always be careful with those people and always maintain the clear data whether you have delivered them the goods are not.

You'll be fine. ebay/paypal will flag your account if you have a suspiciously high number of disputes & claims opened in a certain amount of time. one refund isn't anything to worry about.

One thing that i have noticed is that using yellow envelopes really cut down on my percentage of lost items. when i was using white bubble mailers about 10% of my items were being lost in the mail. with yellow bubble mailers only about 3% were being lost.

I once sent out a $45 item, the person said that he did not receive it and ask what's our action next. Unfortunately I checked with the delivery courier (as it's a "registered" kind of a mail but to the mailbox, they said that the postman delivering has signed and delivered to the mailbox, even showing us the hard copy that delivered to the right address). But oh well, sent the second time and he received it.
